I think this new TV commercial from FedEx is pretty accurate. What do you think?

Since the UFO/UAP phenomena is an enigma to the public at least, conspiracy theories really have no limits in peoples imaginations on this subject. The situation does not seem to get better for those who painstakingly study this phenomena in detail and write books etc. There is always this feeling of helplessness in the face of a reality that cares little to show its true self whatever it is. So to fill the void many will create conspiracy theories that may or may not be true. In any case after reading a study done in France about UAP's and spatial and environmental characteristics of observations, the study found that observations, ones that are non-identifiable, have substantially decreased in the last 10 years. This leaves us with another perplexing mystery which can only add to the strangeness of this phenomena.

@nsurround,

Actually, that study is part of the coverup conspiracy. :-)

Of course the French are looking into it!

Mufon does have an observational witness tracking application but to my knowledge they have not done a statistical study such as the French did. It will be interesting to see if the UFODATA project or other programs like it will do a more comprehensive spatial study to help locate areas or environments that would be good to setup their observational measuring stations etc.
